Surgery Hours

Consultations by appointment. It is practice policy to allow patients to choose whichever doctor they wish to attend in the partnership

Monday-Friday 8.30am - 10.00am 11.00am -12noon
2.00pm - 3.00pm 3.00pm - 4.00pm
4.30pm - 5.30pm 5.00pm - 6.00pm

The above doctors operate a rota system within these surgery times. The receptionist will be happy to let you know when any particular doctor is available.

The following GP works part time usually on the following days:-

Dr Vicki Cox - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 

Dr Debra Shann  -  Wednesday

Dr Kate Finlay - Friday 

Days and times may change due to holidays/sickness but the receptionist will be happy to let you know when each GP is available.

All GPs are generally available between their surgery times for telephone messages, subject to holidays, days off and home visiting. The most convenient time however to telephone the doctor is 10.30am-10.50am. The doctor may opt to ‘ring back’ as directly as possible.  Telephone appointments can be arranged through the reception staff

Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations (an agreed time with the GPs) can be arranged if you would prefer this and can be organised by contacting reception.

Extended Hours Access

There is a regualr session of prebooked routine ann emergenacy appointments available . These sessions are advertised in the waiting room and in the practice leaflet . Information and bookings can be made through the reception desk

Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone reception staff at the appropriate surgery. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Test Results

Please contact us in the afternoon, (medical mail comes in at lunchtime) at least 1 week after the test has been taken.
