Physical Activity Link Worker
This is a service to help support people move more to improve their health and wellbeing. There is no cost to participate and will work with any adult from Aberfeldy, Kinloch Rannoch and surrounding area. PA link worker, Sheila will meet with you to discuss your motivation, interests, hopes and challenges. Sheila works on a 1:1 basis face to face (or by phone). After an initial appointment a follow-up will be arranged on a personalised basis.
